It all began with Joseph and Bessie Frazier, who were blessed with a son named James Frazier—the best grandfather a man could ever ask for. While many claim that the best BBQ comes from Texas or Tennessee, my grandfather proved them wrong by winning BBQ cook-offs far and wide, all while representing the great state of O-H-I-O. He coined the iconic phrase, “The Sauce is the Boss!” With the unwavering support of his loving wife, their BBQ wasn’t just food—it was a labor of love.
